Spent Xmas break in a beachfront apartment suite, just steps away from the ocean. Loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lush gardens. The apartment was well equipped with modern amenities including a fully functional kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver with a family of four.

The apartment suite was showing its age and needed some updates, particularly in terms of soundproofing and storage space. Though we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, some of the nearby eateries were overpriced and underwhelming in terms of food quality.

Staff was friendly and we appreciated our stay. Nu Nu, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Totally lovely experience. We had fun in the pool of the venue.

The situation! Equipment and size of the apartment!

The bed, the mattress too soft and a bit worn out. Internet too slow.

Located directly at the sea, no road in between. Very nice and spacious apartments with washing machine and all electrical appliances. The best hotel we've been to in Australia. Just perfect.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for relaxation with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness centre offered top-notch massage services with a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi that provided ultimate relaxation. The Swimming pool had private facilities with sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and beach access for maximum comfort. The Garden area with BBQ facilities was perfect for outdoor dining. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The only issue I had with this hotel was that there was not enough variety in the restaurant. The Restaurant had great food, but the limited menu had a lack of vegetarian and vegan options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was offered by the adjacent restaurant. The hotel is located directly on the beach, has several indoor pools and a beautiful, quiet garden.

Great seaside location with good pools and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and made an effort to ensure our needs were met. The room's facilities included free parking and wifi, which was a nice touch. The beach and pool areas were well maintained and clean.

The hotel is old-fashioned and the decor appears outdated. There were not many options in terms of nightlife activities, which made our experience limited.

We stayed in a beach-front 1bdrm suite with stunning views of palm trees and the serene ocean, and were blown away by the service. The staff was not only responsive, but also went above and beyond by delivering Christmas presents to the children. The breakfast at NuNu's was divine, and the complimentary baby/toddler gear was a huge plus for families. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and the sandy beach right at our doorstep.

The gym and games room were outdated and could benefit from some renovations.
